Not Stewart, Waters.

He was a little gentler on himself than I would've been, but, still, that was a darn unequivocal confession, and Roger Waters is forgiven. I don't know. It, I'm sure, has a lot to do with all the good hard slaps from mortality, of which he has had some humdingers in recent years... you know... the classic second childhood thing... or the aging rock star thing... and maybe he's just showing faux humility, layin' 'em in the aisles with his ability to merely state it, but I'm going to forgive him now.

I was pretty happy with his adoption of the wall in Palestine thing, but that, you might agree, has been too pat, too marketing savvy, if you catch my drift, but his continued insistence on showing up for every charity, and cheering up the gang at Walter Reed... and finally fessing up... yep... I'm forgiving him now.

  1. Wow! Miserable, self-serving, sniveling, nasty little Roger...

Precisely the reason I have paid him no attention all these years.

    Maybe now I will start.

And what was that they said about a tour with the surviving members? All I see for 2013 is The Wall tour throughout Europe.

  2. No, they were kidding about the reunion tour. I too have pretty much ignored him all this time. He was all those things, and his fan hatred thing too. I mean, I can sympathize with what a drag fans can be, but he didn't even want them to be able to SEE him onstage. Funny. I didn't want to be able to see him onstage either!

I needed to hear something this good today.

    In a big way.
