There's been a stupid rumor going around that Putin is declassifying a lot of embarrassing-to-the-West documents in response to this Panama Papers abortion. It, I guess, was started by someone called "alexy43" who linked the Kremlin's website, but nothing specific.
It might be that the English version isn't as comprehensive as the Russian one. That would seem reasonable, but the image-linked bit is the only thing on there that remotely corresponds to this rumor, and it is REMOTE.
I've checked a bunch of times. Not that I needed to, because it's not Putin's style to just give up his leverage over a pack of foaming psychopaths when all they managed to do was gin up a bunch of baseless accusations purporting to tie him to tax dodging and asset hiding.
They made a hairy deal out of it, and nobody believes them.
