There are NO terrorists who are not American-backed. There may have been some decades ago, I can't tell, but either there were some who gave our psychopaths the idea or our psychopaths just figured it out by themselves and started organizing terrorist groups since nobody was obliging them. Mox nix.
I don't know how to make this clear to people. The evidence has been everywhere for decades and there's still a huge problem with ordinary people believing these are independent groups who mean us harm.
