Is that German? It'll make an awesome desktop image for some and has probably been enlarged into meatspace wallpaper at Hoagland's house. The Thunderbolts Project guys will test it in the lab and prove it's electrical discharge patterns... because stuff that plasma physicists do is scalable. It does, though, look sort of like the sailing stones in Death Valley.
