Comey couldn't get the AG to move on her, so he tells Congress she broke the law and she lied and she withheld evidence, but the emails were not the only things the FBI has been investigating. She has not been vindicated. Though she's not being prosecuted, yet, or maybe ever, it has been established that she is a liar with no regard for the law, and this is probably the least of the perfidies in which she has been engaged.
I hope Comey doesn't fly anywhere in a small plane or suddenly come down with a fast-acting and incurable cancer.
