But I want to know what confined him to Lake County, or if he even was confined to Lake County, and how this affects the insurance payouts for fires that were blamed on bad wiring. Did he confess? Did CalFire actually get real detective work done? It almost certainly wasn't Lake County law enforcement, or if it was, somebody else did the detective work.
