Things are making less and less sense to anyone paying attention, which is why so many aren't paying attention, but being front-loaded with balderdash while they're trying to unwind. It's all being hoovered up by the NSA, who can't really pay attention except to certain really juicy bits, but is in turn being hacked by states and individuals all over the place, but, no, it's Putin.
I don't know how you could take out all the government officials and then total up foundation donors from foundation non-donors and call that cherry-picking, but, hey, don't let that stop you... and it's going to get blamed on Putin anyway.
