You will have noted the quiet from Rafael since the death of Chávez, and from Evo since they made him land his plane in their search for Snowden. I think Evo was prepared to go on, to help reinvigorate the Bolivarian Revolution after Chávez, but Rafael not, and Maduro hasn't got it, and the multifarious hits on their democracies by psychopaths using the power infrastructure of the United States has all but vitiated everything they worked for.
