About what Jordan Peterson told Joe Rogan about the cause of the devastation in New Orleans. It's not even really the failure to make sure the structure of the Oroville Dam spillway was still on solid ground... that one is very often beyond humans... or even the already-established folly of building these reservoirs to begin with... so much as this weird pattern of crippling droughts being immediately followed by deluge so often seems now to be almost beyond retrieval from my deeply-held suspicion that somebody is controlling our weather.
They're either incompetent or malevolent.
