Gave no reason or warning and replied to his inquiry that he'd broken some term of service, would not specify, refused to reinstate even his email account, but then suddenly reversed themselves. A glitch? An automatic action without investigation? An algorithm? A not gentle reminder to self-censor?
Whatever it was, it was so much more than completely unacceptable, I've no words.
