Everything I've ever known or heard of meth addicts has been negative in the extreme, but these idiots belong in safe spaces or treatment, not jail. It's none of the cops' business what you are addicted to, or if you're acting weird, unless it is dangerous weird and someone's clearly threatened.
I think it's time for cops to remember their real mandate and stop enforcing on addicts and homeless people for being addicts and homeless. I bet you anything that most cops agree with me, too.
