Went to the imposters office today about my TMJ and got nothing, of course, nothing I didn't already know, but came home and researched around for better management techniques. It's part of my circus of sleep disorders... and I'm so freaky now it even happens when I use the chill pills.
Lost nearly another ten pounds from the last time I was there... a few months ago. BP is perfect. Temperature a bit low. BMI is perfect for my age. Heart murmur more audible... slightly high ejection fractions. Nothing to offer about what a freak I am.
