Scanned a guy with "abdominal pain” yesterday. The guy has a fucked up pancreas and liver-cirrhosis, both known. News of the day was a perforated duodenum and kidney stones — and he topped it off with a pelvis-fracture from falling out of bed. Try to have a better morning than that guy.I think I need to point out that the young man in the video is going to be that medical professional's patient before much longer.
