They've been divided. I think, though, I won't feel secure about it until I've heard from PSY on the matter. The culture clash will be extreme. I'd say it would be best for some South Koreans to move into, invest in — say, with philanthropic tech schools and grocery dispensaries — North Korea and let North Koreans sort of ease into the third millennium instead of getting splat into it like wizened tomatoes.
