That would leave it more or less up to the people of each country how they want to live. And that would complicate the psychopaths' ability to rule the world.
It's really that simple. The hard part seems to be for Americans to realize this isn't a partisan issue, that there's no party to whom they can lend their solidarity and stop the psychopaths.
