There are also RUMORS that the old people's homes had fire evacuation drills just a few days before, and the residents were all told to make bug-out bags with three days' clothing after these drills. Only a wild-eyed conspiracy source so far, so I'm just going to keep half an eye/earprint out for other reports of foreknowledge.
