First, I want to remind you that ionospheric heating alters the jet stream, and things like HAARP arrays are ionospheric heaters. That, right there, could explain it ALL.
Second, Citgo used to make sure poor people didn't have to die of this... and, so, if Russia ends up with it, will you PINHEADS let them do similarly?
Third, capitalism is IN FACT a better answer to the horrors for poor people in these kinds of situations than socialism ever could be, but it would require DECENCY to be priority number one, and, yes, decency would make socialism better too, but far less of a chance to enforce it than with strong individuals able to make sure decency prevails.
