Getting to Eureka from here always took a lot of time, but it's already at least 50% longer from all the slides. There's been talk of completely rerouting to bypass Last Chance for a very long time. A bunch of studies already. Now we get a ridiculous sum allotted for yet another study, which means there will be many more slide repairs before ANYTHING ever ACTUALLY gets DONE. And it just spells even MORE misery getting to the rest of the world for us locals.
