The boom in the various flavors of dementia — all of them — were due to the sudden advent of unnatural electromagnetic fields? It was bad enough before all these cell towers and wifi and microwave all sorts of shit, but nowadays we're lucky to keep half of our marbles before our tickers or cancer wipes us out.
I think the Social Security Administration should issue these things to everyone upon issuing retirement benefits for the first time. Tune that puppy to the earth's natural EMF emission and see if that doesn't keep us lucid.
Actually, it might be best to issue these things to everyone as soon as they register to vote. Democratic registrants will need to keep it on all the time. Republicans can take it off when they're in public. Decline-to-states can just put it on when they go to bed.
This could fix EVERYTHING.
