okay, don't freak — There are other reasons beside further slaughter that this might be happening... like our stock of weapons is SO depleted by arming Ukraine and Cassus-Caligula's adventures in barbarism and sales to other countries that the defense contractors flat out CANNOT handle the job by themselves. They're only tooled up for a certain amount, and shit's been flying with SUCH profligacy, they flat out will take a decade to top us back up...
