The feds plum stopped paying for infrastructure long ago. So the states started taxing the snot out of gasoline. Now that's not enough either. Since at least half of us are completely ignorant of this progression, and too dulled-out and dimmed to deal with it even when it is explained to us. Whatever it is the psychopaths have up their sleeves here is what will come to pass, but maybe you want to enjoy participating in their little exercise in PR stunt democracy anyway.
