I may have mentioned that opening it again was unlikely to produce the desired result. Or if I didn't, I surely meant to mention it. Even though they were using a helicopter to help remove stuff up top that would otherwise slide down, long as it keeps raining, well, they'd have to get one fuck of a helicopter on this particular problem.
