This meathead/doctor gave the best review on supplementing with creatine. The people who get the MOST benefit from taking creatine are geezers. We need to take much larger doses of it — up to 20 grams — but it also helps us keep from slipping into frank dementia and keeps us physically less atrophied with more endurance.
All the other reviews of the latest said mostly the same, with a harder sell.
DO NOT use gummies for your creatine intake. If you absolutely can't stand doing the powder, you will need to be searching high and low for lab testing results to help you ascertain which of the billions of brands are the very few brands that deliver anything approximating creatine dose advertized.
I mean, go ahead, break your brain on it, but you shouldn't be shoveling that much sweet shit into your system anyway.
