making up our minds

Being both strict 2A and strict Law and Order isn't always as cut and dry as it ought to be, now is it? I'm a tad upset by 2A compatriots who are miffed over the killing of the obnoxious former ICU nurse who liked to spit on ICE agents and kick out their tail lights and go online and help plot the overthrow of our constitutional government.

People seem to think he had every right to carry while in the performance of these illegal tasks.

Aren't all felonies punished more harshly if performed while armed? Don't armed robbers get stiffer sentences than mere thieves? And what do you expect from feds who were given advance notice by the plotters against our country that they would be met with violence? Are they supposed to be reasonable when someone seriously obnoxious is found to have a gun on him AND extra magazines?

This was NOT peaceable assembly from the git.

Still these nervous 2A friends seem to think we can just be armed in a fight with the feds and expect them not to shoot first and ask questions later? I can't square it.

And what kind of pussy would expect them to give us time to get our aim straight because we're us and they're them? Do they do that in any other kind of war? Did they do this 250 years ago?

Sorry, but, no, no they did not.
