And I really think his reticence to release the files has been his idea of assuaging malevolent forces. I don't exactly know how he expects us to STOP it if we can't identify those malevolent forces on account of his sudden blast of prudence, but he's too used to being incautious about too much... like many of us in the world... like the most trustworthy of us in this world.
People just are close to never as perfect as we expect them to be.
It's often a total calamity.
