Just in case, you might want THIS playing continuously while you sleep. I know I do. I mean, my whole cosmos leapt when he mentioned that the physical medium affects DNA. People have thought me barmy my whole life for my "spots"... the places I return to as often as ever I can. There have been places from whence it has been very hard to budge me many times in my life, particularly when I was ill or heartbroken or just fed up, a certain turnout on Highway One, or a bridge near Belevedere, or a rock on the Yuba River. It's part of why I need to leave here. There are no such spots I've found here. It's all indian massacres and highest security prison and war games off the coast here.
