From looking for where the UARS went down. Even the most official sources don't seem to have the first part of a clue... except if you count checking out a report south of Calgary on TwitFace. There are a bunch of UStream channels that appear to be still tracking it in the sky... and reports from places not even near its flight path... and everything is given in THE most inscrutable time zone indicators imaginable, all of them wildly diverging. By some accounts it came down already later this afternoon, which would be Australia cracking wise, I'm sure, but nobody, and NOT NASA either, seems able to say WHERE it came down and some are acting precisely as though it had not come down at all.
Beside being horrifically irksome, it's not credible that there would be any confusion about this whatever. It's not feasible that what I've just been going through would happen in 2011 c.e. Okay? WTF?
