I usually chalk it up to my brain trying to communicate with me, but environmental gook can mess with a person too. I remain unconvinced about this Morgellons in the air thing, but there's pollen, there's exhaust particulates, there's all manner of powderized metal in the air. I'm thinking this might be good for sinuses too. I'm thinking I need to be dipped in a vat of it.
