I wonder what it says about me that I have remembered the plot and all the major scenes in this movie since seeing it the theater when it was first released. I mean, seriously, I forget the particulars of just about every movie I see and novel I read ridiculously quickly. Always have, even when I wasn't senile. I mean, I saw A Clockwork Orange twelve times in the theaters, so we can expect me to know that one really well, but this one I only saw once... until this morning... and the only thing I forgot was that Leo McKern played the guy with the special skewers. And, if had been just about anybody other than Gregory Peck, I'd've told him that's what he gets for being such a putz of a parent....
