Minutes later... there has been a long series of monster low rumbles out there. It's louder than the video on my box. It's louder than the weather out there. It's louder than my obnoxiously loud heater.
It must be thunder, but it keeps rumbling for quite a few seconds each time and there's no cracking or booming to it. It's very low. It's very loud. It's a rumbling. It's been happening at intervals over the last ten minutes. I don't know if it's over.
Do you suppose it is the sound of the planet coming to a halt?
