Anyway, as the story goes, Bradley Manning has been held without charges that long. Anne Boleyn got to have romance, intrigue, a baby, charges and her sentence carried out in that period of time. I still don't know that Bradley Manning is even real. I don't know. I happen to think it was more plausible he was used to get Julian Assange in a pickle, but that's pure speculation, and... mox nix.
Even if he's only imaginarily being held, it's unconstitutional; it's wrong; it's unacceptable.
