Just how seriously they tried to interfere with Russia last spring. You probably can't fathom that little "independent" press journalists, punk bands, chess masters, former Soviet heads of state could be bought, corrupted, turned by all the same mechanisms used since time began to ruin the chances of a people to prosper peacefully. You probably don't realize the rape of Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union. You probably think all those Russian billionaires and gangsters were homegrown.
You would be wrong about that. They got that way the same way all the South American dictators of decades past got that way. In the 1990s Russia was carved up among a number of vicious sociopaths who do know how to loot. Russians starved to death. Literally starved to death because of this. As will we if they do the same thing to us. They would still be starving to death if not for one man....
I just deleted a long string of seriously abusive language. That won't help.
When Putin took power, the first thing he did was warn the billionaire oligarch gangsters that they could keep their ill-gotten gains so long as they did not meddle in Russian politics in any way, that if they did they would be thrown in jail and cease being rich or powerful. Imagine a U.S. president saying that to, hmmmm, who to pick, say, Rockefellers or Wall Street CEOs or Bill Gates or the boys in the City of London, our oligarchs. Imagine a president who governed according to our frivolous desire not to starve to death. Can you?
You don't seem to realize the gravity of this stuff. You think it's a game. It's a game like lions against gladiators I guess. It is as deadly... no... actually more deadly than a world war. Millions of people die of it. You could stay this dead-to-the-world oblivious back when it appeared the American public was the ultimate beneficiary of this action, but do you still delude yourself that is the case? After all the outrages to our sensibilities of the last more than ten years?
Another string of abuse with more than a million disintegrations per second wafting off it has just evaporated into cyberspace.
Do you know that most of the leaders villainized by our press, for our whole lives, have been in fact good men trying to raise the prospects of their fellow humans? And, the ones who are literally vampiric child-molesting psychopaths have been made out to be statesmen of the highest merit. It really, really is true that the first thing you should check on will be whatever is opposite to what you are being told by mainstream, or mainstream-addled, people... press, politicians, bloggers, or any of the clueless who take them seriously. That is the most likely to get you closer to actuality in your mind, if there's anything left of it, of any other approach to the apprehension of truth.
I decided to try it years ago. I have been working my butt off to keep up with the ever-evolving need for lucidity ever since. I'm just not even going to start the next string of molten abuse. I'm letting the loathing just float off while I try to stab you to death with my spear. Don't worry. If I ever succeed you won't miss that you at all. Not. At. All.
So, here we have a Russian who thinks Putin killed Berezofsky and he is stating precisely why he is glad about it. I am considering that he may be right, not really because he thinks so and is down with it, but because I have been noticing the Western press making some kind of effort to assure everyone that Berezofsky was despondent, depressed, bereft, about to be completely ruined, and so obviously must have killed himself. They have been hot and heavy to indict Putin for this sort of thing for at least ten years now, and, suddenly, without warning, decide to temper that action? That cannot be a good sign....
That would be like them reporting on something Putin-related and omit mention of his job at the KGB back in Soviet times. Can't happen, but, after considering, it could be that they need to do this because too many people they need to use to subvert their enemies are finally getting the idea they have chosen the wrong side and are losing conviction. Or... of course... they suicided Berezofsky for realizing at this late date that he'd picked the wrong side... killed him not for spite, but to avoid him giving helpful information to Putin.
Either scenario, that Russia offed him for his treasonous, his genocidally murderous alliances, or our fascist oligarchy suicided him for trying to go back home, for wanting to get back where he belonged. Mox nix.
I don't care if Putin had him killed or not. It doesn't even nick a hair on a flea's butt off the singularly courageous work by Vladimir Putin. There is a cosmos of difference between killing to save lives and killing for fun and profit. The side we have grown up to call "our" side is the killing for fun and profit side. It is lamentable that some good people have been mesmerized the same way we have, that they use their influence to further this "freedom" and "democracy" because they want to be good guys, but it has finally gotten to the point where it is not difficult to stop yourself from picking the wrong side. You just hold up long enough to investigate that the very opposite of what they are telling you might be the truth. Most of the time that turns out to pay dividends. Maybe Berezofsky finally figured it out, or maybe it was paying the piper time, or maybe he killed himself. It doesn't change anything.
