I managed to fend off the pain well enough to get to sleep last night, but it's damn rocky this morning. The aspirin is carving out a space for me to think at last, and I think I'm going to have to go present myself somewhere and refuse to move until someone blows my head off. The stuff from the health food store definitely helps. I slept without much pain at all last night, but... well... I don't think it's going to knock this out. I think I have to have more help.
