I remember how much flak I took from, say, Brad, but many others too, for making such a big hairy deal out of Naomi Wolf's book about our fascist shift. I remember hypnotized progressive-fascists disparaging me for just not being progressive enough. It was ludicrous at the time and has only gotten progressively more so over time. It never hurt me, which I'm sure it was designed to do, to sort of pinch me back into line, but it did frighten me. I wonder if any of those jackasses are paying any attention to this....
