I notice all my usually extremely reliable content providers across the tubes seem to have gone down the tubes in recent months... fallen silent... or phoning it in... or losing their kick... or dulled out... or out of inspiration... or just not cutting it. And more and more of the bits of mainstream over which I will still skim my eyeprints is turning into way stupider than cat blogging by too many orders of magnitude to be yet speakable, even to disparage.
It's probably just another one of those phases.
