This is pretty good for getting your bearings in the ocean of different methods all squirming under that umbrella. In fact, there is a vanishingly small chance that if you can listen without even one thought in your head, and just keep listening that way until what he means actually dawns on you, instead of just more of what you make out of what he says, that'd do 'er.

As for me, I'm wishing he'd've skipped a couple of his sound effects in here so I could use it for falling asleep. But now I've had two big mugs of mud and some warmed-over exotic meatloaf... and I'm quite drowsy enough to maybe get asleep enough not to be bothered by the sound effects. This one cuts off rather abruptly and before I make another attempt at crashing and burning, I will google a bit to see if there's a better version of it extant....

Nope. In fact, this seems to be the best copy. I think Mark has released a lot of big chunks of much longer talks and if you want the whole enchilada, I think, you are going to have to wait a long time... or pay....
