I am scouring the coast for something doable again. I'm thinkin' this place would end up costing a hefty chunk to put in a new foundation and a new roof and decks and finish the inside with sheet metal and... and... and... and even though I could smoke pot while doing it, I'd probably have to sell pot to afford it... beside it being very near a tasty nuke target and all manner of rain... but, hey, I'm trying....
