But as I'm linking it this tropical river of rain storms hitting my house all week is being pushed down into the rest of California by dint of the air from Alaska bearing down on the system. It was supposed to turn cold last night, but it hasn't yet and I'm bumping around my house practically naked and haven't turned the heater on even for a few minutes in over a week. I'm sure that's all going to change in the next few hours, but... that's the status.

I don't know if this breaks the drought for the rest of the state, but nobody can say Khoonkhwuttunne is having a drought anyway.

I think I need to change my contact lenses. Intellicast and NWS and the Earth Wind Map are all in disagreement as to what is going on here. They're messing with my head. And, in fact, why would the weather people be any more lucid than the news media and scientism community? They wouldn't.

It just stopped raining, and the weather people seem to be saying and showing that it is not going to rain here for a few hours anyway, only just after I declared that to be the case, guess what? It's raining again. And the radars are showing it as stopped. Okay? Okay? Okay?

No.

Part of my confusion, here, may be that the Intellicast Pacific Satellite map may only look like it's showing precipitation, when in fact it is showing wind, except, ahem, it, according to the Earth Wind Map, isn't doing that either. This map looks more like what's actually happening, rain-wise.

It seems to me melodrama rules the day... or I really do live in Cascadia instead of California now....
