Thinking of how many could not move on from it. Not, even, that I call what Gloria Steinham did "moving on". I just so vividly remember the pain of so much of that attention, and how we didn't even grow up thinking that was a bad thing. I'm making an effort to sort of quantify this graphic recall with the graphic present.
