Glenn Greenwald has toned down the progressive fascist line; to wit: that Russia has invaded Ukraine. He's calling it an "incursion". Except, excuse me, Russia has a military base in the Crimea... for a long time. They always have troops there. What changed? That they helped block the Brown Shirt "liberators" from coming in to crack skulls there? That's an incursion? Is that so? Is that wrong? Are you kidding me?
I have been miffed that Greenwald has held off on this whole thing for a few crucial days, and that he's finally popped up with this paltry taming of the fascist line. It's still the fascist line! And I was sickened to see Abby's reproach, but figured it would end up helping to show RT is not merely a state mouthpiece, but now Greenwald has used it to strengthen softened fascist propaganda. Somebody slipped some LSD into my coffee this morning.
