Once you learn what is nutritious and what is toxic, you mostly end up having to modify recipes to come up with the least toxic delicious thing. Like, you assholes, don't spray Pam on your pans. It's bad for you. Grease your pans with butter or bacon fat. Maybe lay down some spinach before you plop in your egg or egg mixture.

If this were my B&B, you would get three of these with avocado and grape tomato salad and a bottomless cup of Peet's coffee for breakfast. Maybe on the weekends I'd have potato pancakes with them. Or chicken asparagus cheese omelets and apples with yogurt and blueberries and a bottomless cup of Peet's coffee for breakfast. Or coconut flour pancakes with peanut butter and strawberry rhubarb sauce and a bottomless cup of Peet's coffee for breakfast.

You might not want to leave my place to go out and see the sights, and so you'd have the option of ordering the rest of your meals in from some genius caterer I'd have on call. In fact, you might not ever want to leave and my B&B would be permanently full of wonderful people who had become thin and healthy and full of transcendental chi.

always and any time....
