I had spaced it out until talking with her earlier, and I agree it seems like a good idea to keep the cops covering the bare minimum and call it good, but will this stop them killing unarmed "perps" and tasing cantankerous octogenarians who are waving their canes at their own TV sets? Will this wake our uniformed thugs from their sick mental conditioning? Can we have real humans back on the force yet?
