I just minced up a shit ton of garlic and shallot and sautéed them in bacon grease and butter. I poured it over a split baked potato, added more pink salt, capped it with slices of Havarti and put it in the broiler for a couple minutes. I brought some sour cream to the table to put on it, but it tasted too good to slow up to fork out some sour cream....
Now I'm sipping brandy and chasing it with coffee.
This may all give me the chi to go "soak" in my not-a-tub....
