i don't say it's the whole explanation

But the fear of nukes had very, very greatly to do with the popularization of UFO encounters stories. It was a way for those whose image of the danger represented by this dastardly invention could gain some power in the all-pervading field of utter helplessness, a means to yank people out of the blackness of the perfect fusion of ignorance and certainty that had settled into earth's atmosphere some number of millennia before we get to right now.

It also marked the rise of alien hybrid theories on the origins of man to a popular enough level that one could expect to find others who'd at least heard of it. As I've said many times now, this really is the most cogent theory going. That we've been taught to ridicule it almost proves it, but digging around, researching, poring over translations of ancient texts, it only gains in strength.

The aliens are us.

Or half of each.

Whatever way you prefer.

One ends up wondering if the original stock encountered by aliens was actually less advanced than the visitors... or more... if, after one has dug through enough mental conditioning to begin considering reality for real, humans turn out helped or hindered, not just mentally but genetically, in the end.

Yes, yes, one must do better with what's right here right now, but insofar as something resembling real history could help, how does one live long enough to dig through all the haystacks to get the key collection of needles for this? That is where one must leave off the investigations out there to attend to the vital ones in here.

It's now four in the afternoon, too frickin' hot, 83ยบ, and I don't know how many hours I've been listening to this archive of old radio shows, most nearly as old as I am, and some even older, but I need to report to you, because I really am an expert in this, that except for some of the cultural references, equal time for incredulity and the recording quality, these are nigh identical to current podcasts and paranormal/UFO radio broadcasts. No shit.

And, some of these people were contending to have been researching it for thirty years, which puts them starting clear back in the 1920s, which incidentally is when the first real hints of the engineerability of scalar mechanics poked briefly into mainstream physics publication... though Maxwell and Tesla had already been there for some decades by even then. No shit.

Truly, friends. All the same angles and themes and alternative explanations as now.

Again, we are the aliens. The aliens are us. The mystery is only the mindfuck, the millennia old mindfuck, and beside the legions capitalizing on our fascination with these subjects, there are people alive and kicking, fully operable, who are wittingly, purposely, with malice, enforcing the mindfuck and enjoying the capitalization on these no progress researches no end.

NO progress whatever, unless you count the fleshed-out mechanics angle, and I don't because that butts up against the identical brick wall. At least six decades, maybe even a whole century, of all kinds of spinning brains and NO progress.

always and any time....
