Everybody eats. Everybody is educated. Everybody gets first class medical care. Everybody has a home. Everybody gets a paid vacation. All the resorts and restaurants and clubs are affordable to whoever wants to go there. Nobody visits who does not remark on how clean the streets and the people are.
Everybody. From black all the way through every gradation of brown to white. And, though it might horrify you, they are living much closer to the way humans lived together throughout history... until the advent of "civilization".
