They will misconstrue every attempt to help them act rationally, continue to fuck up royally, and just resort to slaughter when sense impedes their progress toward what they want. So now hero Lavrov pipes up stating what obviously must be done by everyone who does not wish the people of the Middle East to live under this chaos and slaughter another minute, when those who caused it have been working for a couple decades to create it, and maybe don't like the turn their own sown upheaval is taking just now, but cannot be trusted not to turn any progress toward stability this might accomplish immediately back into the kind of impotent chaos they had in mind to begin with.
They're stubborn. They want what they want. Only concede anything temporarily and NEVER cease pressing for their psychopathic goals. Never. And Donald Bush Clinton will see to it. Don't even kid yourself.
It's possible Russia and China can force them off their dominant position on the world stage, but they will not give up EVER. They will retain their ability to slaughter anyone, friend or foe, guilty or innocent, toward the realization of ultimate power whenever they see ANY opportunity to move in that direction... even if their monolith is obliterated.
So long as psychopaths are born, this will not go away... unless humanity evolves enough to prevent it.
