Which, of course, there's no reason to even suspect, but let's just say it's both true that "bad guys" were storing weapons there and the "good guys" had thoroughly cased it in advance, and that's why they bombed the MSF hospital in Kunduz to smithereens.

Regular, sane, moral, decent, responsible humane humans would have, instead of bombing the hospital, gotten the innocents out, made it public that there were weapons being stored there, made whatever threats or arrangements to get the weapons and bad guys out of there before ever just deciding this makes hospital, staff and patients collateral damage.

It's still a breathtaking and total disregard for human life, even if it were true.

There is NO scenario under which this was not a war crime.
