President Putin is working on his Dubby imitation and, while he still sucks at it, this is just so not a good sign. This slid under my nose the first time yesterday and it's taken me a day to decide it really didn't look like he was kidding, using sarcasm, and I even allow as how it is extremely likely the psychopaths' paid jihadis are a real threat to Russia, and Europe, it still turns my stomach to hear it.
