Why don't I think so? If there is any truth to it, I'd say they've learned how to print and grow t-cells specific to individual cancer cell types, and it doesn't work on some people because they fucked up the shape and/or because some people's bodies are too sensitive to deal with whatever the manufactured or partially manufactured cells are made of.
