We maybe made him shut up about doing a Libya on it, but he just keeps sneaking in little batches of good old all-American boots, something he swore he wouldn't do, to slow the demise of ISIS there. I mean, first it was to incite conflict, then it was to slow Russia's dispatch of terrorists, and now... well... now it seems it's to nurse the terrorists back to fighting shape.
So NOT a victory for the American people at all.
